Due to my "extraordinary exercise regimen" for getting myself to work, my body is catching up to accepting exercise. Sure I'm still soar in unmentionable places (thanks crappy bicycle seat), I have less frequent walking stops (where I'm just walking my bike for a block to catch my breath) and am not tiring out as easily as I used to. Thank you SPOTD, my body is adjusting to exercise.
I'm getting the hang of it!
The moment you realize exercise isn't as hard as you expected:
- Makes you want to exercise more.
- Motivates you to do other exercise-related things.
- Can cause warm and fuzzy feelings.
