SPOTD: A fully functional shower

What Mandy Thinks: "Simple Pleasure of the Day" post
My new place has the personality of an 80-year-old woman.  The shower was her broken hip up until this morning.  The shower doors were installed incorrectly before I moved in, creating a 1cm crack of air exposing bitter cold air into the shower right next to the shower head to the point where I had to stick up packing tape until I could schedule a fix.  Thanks to the awesome maintenance staff on site, my Simple Pleasure of the Day for today is knowing that I can come home to a fully functional shower with a door that BEHAVES.

Showers should be comfortable and not rob you of:

- Any warm air from the steam.  Getting out of a shower can be a bitch, but the brisk air outside of a shower is something my maintenance people can't control.

- Time for cleanliness.  I like long showers, so getting out of my quick and sad shower because of the draft speeding me up had me fishing for any bright side to this torture.  "At least I'm clean now."

- Your happiness!  A shower should be a happy place, let it stay happy and fully functional.
