SPOTD: Feeling pretty

A new palette of eye shadow inspired me to pretty-up today because I have not felt this good in days.  My Simple Pleasure of the Day is feeling pretty oh so pretty... and witty and BRIGHT for that matter too because my whole look today made me feel AWESOME.  My sweats-galore days are behind me as most of the phlegm has left the building!

Feeling oh so pretty brings out:

Even trying out a new part!  Yay or nay?

- Confidence.  My average don't-care-much-but-still-care-somewhat kind of look for an average day translates to muted confidence for me.  There's nothing like an outfit boosting your demeanor (even if it only appears that way).

- Joy!  I found myself smiling in the mirror and quoting Broadway musicals feeling pretty and witty and bright, but I don't necessarily pity anybody who isn't me today.

- Focus.  My day was busier than usual especially at the last minute in the office.  Greeting my coworkers in sweats made me feel gross and unproductive, but this non-stop workday felt super focused because my outsides felt as awesome as my insides.
