Simple Pleasure of the Day: Work on a Sunday

Normally working on a Sunday is not simple or pleasurable in any fashion, but today's work was particularly fantastic as a Simple Pleasure of the Day.

Not only did the work I do over the weekend get rave reviews from my boss, but:

- It is so much fun.  I basically redesigned and had a part in the new framework and UX for this company's total website, so all the designs came out of love.  MY love of Photoshop and understanding of the company's vision and mostly my love of Photoshop.

- It didn't interfere with any plans I had.  This is the part where I'm supposed to point out how anti-social I am and how lonely I've been or whatever BUT a nice afternoon with friends nips THAT in the bud for this individual day.  I'm social when I wanna be and a working hermit when I haveta!

- It will pay for EVERYTHING I will buy for the next few weeks because I am so sad and poor and need a good BUYING rush sometime soon.  This minimalism stuff is KILLING my food supply.  Where's the rush of getting junk food just because?  I miss it soooooooo!
