SPOTD: Timing out

My Simple Pleasure of the Day is timing out from the world by napping through a cold.  I am rarely sick, so being sick for the second time in two months has me drained and annoyed.  Through the pain and the phlegm, napping helps a lot.

Napping is great for getting through colds (and tons of sleep in general of course), but here are a few more options:

- MEDS.  Lots and lots of meds.  Not so much to where you're OD'ing, but skirting the line of "every four hours" and "do not take with any other medication due to liver risks."

- Water.  Lots and lots and lots and LOTS of water.  Pee every hour if you must, but FLUSH the grossness out of you!

- Vitamin C.  Whether it's a pill on in OJ or mixed in some fibery fizzy drink, this awesome letter boosts your immune system through tough bodily situations through colds and everyday life.  I love me some C but I neglect it some by taking other vitamins and shakes that have C included but not enough to help out throughout the day or to help out with prevention of colds.  I'm sorry C for neglecting you.
