SPOTD: Floppy Sleeves

What Mandy Thinks: "Simple Pleasure of the Day" post
A recent thrift store find has awesome floppy sleeves which I consider to be my Simple Pleasure of the Day.  It's like bell bottoms for my arms in a super light material cut up as a belly skirt but with sleeves that go for days.  When walking around, I'm moving my arms more to make the sleeves sway.  I feel like a belly dancer or fancy mid evil princess with these extraordinary sleeves.  (Pics coming soon!)

I have worn my share of flopping things, including:

IT'S SO FLOPPY!
- Floppy sweatshirts.  When self-consciousness ruled my body image, I found comfort in diving into a much-to-big sweatshirt to swim around in.  It also partially made me feel skinny because I was much smaller than the sweatshirt was built for, even though nobody could see my skinny-ness.

- Floppy shirts.  Unlike a sweatshirt, finding the right floppy shirt can be flattering.  I would find great-looking just-the-right-amount-of-floppy shirts to wear outside, but the ones that were unflattering or too big I'd use them as sleep or around-the-house shirts.

- Floppy pants & skirts.  This includes bell bottoms (my childhood), sweatpants (that still fit in my waste but were much wider than my legs), and skirts (that twirled just right when spinning around).
