Bye Bye, SPOTD.

It's been a great seven-and-a-half-month run with this Simple Pleasure of the Day feature, but I must take a break.  My blogging schedule - although set months in advance excluding the daily SPOTD's - has not been followed as closely as it should.  I'm finding myself struggling for what made each day pleasurable that's also worth talking about and isn't too personal / boring / repetitive / etc.  At the same time I'm feeling burned out from the SPOTD struggles that the urge to work on the rest of my scheduled posts wanes.  My focus needs to be on the rest of the this blog as well as my craft / inspiration blog What Mandy Loves and these SPOTD posts are just getting in the way. 

I told myself I would stop this SPOTD posts when it wasn't fun anymore, but bringing this feature back in the future is something I hope I can handle once the rest of my blogging management skills are honed.  A smile comes to my face when I read over previous SPOTD's and a memory comes to mind that I would not have kept in my brain if it hadn't been written down in blog form, so I think I'll keep coming up with SPOTD's on my own time for the time being.

Thanks SO MUCH to those who follow my blog and read my SPOTD posts as frequently as I do!  I hope you'll continue to come back and look over the rest of what I have to offer within the WMT and WML blogs of awesome.
