Living alone and having a box of macaroni and cheese turns into a two-meal event or I'm just a fatty for the day. Luckily, my SPOTD being some
"fancy" for-one macaroni and cheese microwavable thing-a-ma-bob had me in cheesy, still-somewhat-fattening-but-at-least-it's-only-one-meal heaven. I may have purchased three, but I only had one today, and that takes willpower when you consider it's DELICIOUSNESS and convenience all wrapped up for you and only you anywhere, anytime as long as there's a microwave tethered to electricity nearby.
